Moreover, key Senate Democrats have given them the green light to try to modify some aspects of the law.

Good. That and the health care bill, each at 2,000+ pages, were partially passed to feed the Democrat’s constituencies. They’ll get good and fat off these laws, and the people will suffer as a result.
